Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

We utilize a premium international fulfillment network to deliver your loungewear as efficiently as possible. Under standard conditions, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 8 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by carrier delays, global customs processing, or high-volume holiday periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Avellin Label is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Your comfort is our priority. If your order has not arrived within the maximum 20-day timeframe, please contact our team immediately at support@avellinlabel.com so we can personally track your package and resolve the delay.
